CMI Level 3 Award in Principles of Management and Leadership
The programme takes place over a four-month period and is accredited with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). It introduces the learner to different of types of organisations, how organisations operate – governance, legislation, culture, vision and values; before going on to consider management and leadership styles, models and frameworks. Throughout the programme the trust values, and Be Think Do leadership framework are evident, supporting learners to reflect on their observations and experiences.
