Reverse Mentoring

In this video we hear from Mentors and Mentees about their experience on NWAS Reverse Mentoring Programme and how it supports leadership development by fostering a two-way learning experience. This approach helps senior leaders (Mentees) gain fresh perspectives on frontline experiences, diversity and inclusion and workplace culture, while Mentors benefit from increased visibility, confidence, honest conversation and leadership exposure.

This is a pilot programme and will focus on sharing insights and learning from the experiences of ethnic minority staff in our workforce.
