The Leadership of Others module builds on self-leadership to focus on leading teams and managing relationships. This module equips leaders with the skills to foster inclusive, supportive cultures where teams can thrive.
In today’s complex healthcare environment, staff face rising demands, constant change, and strained resources. As a leader, you set the tone for your team. This module will help you:
- Increase your social awareness to become more attuned to the needs of your team
- Improve relationship management skills like conflict resolution, influence, and trust-building
- Role model compassion and emotional intelligence when leading others
- Have constructive wellbeing conversations to proactively support mental health
- Use positive communication approaches like empathetic listening to understand others
- Create psychologically safe environments where your team feels valued and heard
This face-to-face workshop provides leaders across NWAS an opportunity to connect and learn together. You’ll gain insights around supporting your team while also building relationships with peers.
Leading others requires self-awareness, empathy and wisdom. This module provides the capabilities to lead in a way that enables your team to perform at their best despite the challenges they face. Your leadership can make the difference.
