This workshop aims to raise your awareness as a leader about the experiences of individuals from diverse backgrounds within NWAS. The workshop emphasises the importance of inclusivity and will encourage you to implement changes you discover on the workshop to create a more inclusive environment. You will explore biases, privileges, and the role they play in fostering an inclusive culture.
