NWAS deliver a significant number and variety of projects across the Trust at any one time. To allow for a practical and consistent approach to project delivery, the Programme Management Office has developed several Lunch & Learn modules which complement the overarching Project Way Training.

Each 45 minute module focuses on a control area key to project management.

You DO NOT need to attend ALL modules once booked on. You are able to select the modules which are of interest to you and book on individually.
