‘Leading people through change’ is the third module of learning from the NWAS Making a Difference Leadership Programme.  The modules have been developed for NWAS based on outcomes from:

• National NHS Strategy (‘People Plan’)
• Association of Ambulance Chief Executives (AACE)
• Cultural And Leadership Network for Ambulance Services (CALNAS)
• Leadership priorities for the NHS
• NHS Project and Change Capability Framework

This module is delivered face-to-face at venues across the North West.
