Who should attend?
Level 2 is aimed at specialists in the particular field (i.e. estates officers, buyers) but is also appropriate for management accountants and supervisors and managers within financial accounts.

This module is tailored specifically for buyers and purchasers at NHS organisations to ensure maximum recovery on purchases.
Case studies are given, which provide examples of instances where it is more beneficial to bundle up goods or services, along with examples of unbundling. This gives the procurement specialist sufficient knowledge on VAT recovery to make decisions on the best route to take for VAT recovery. The case studies used are from across the UK, and share best practice of VAT in procurement within the NHS.
