This two-hour ‘virtual’ workshop is an introduction to the trusts leadership recruitment process from the perspective of the role of an observer.  Providing an overview as to the rationale for the organisations decision to take an assessment centre approach to leadership recruitment, a generalised knowledge of the NWAS process, before going on to explain the role and its importance in the process.

By signing up to this programme, you agree to support the leadership recruitment process going forward, by participating in leadership recruitment processes in the capacity of an observer.  As such, following the workshop attendees will automatically be added to the trusts observer list and be contacted to provide support.
