The HR Masterclasses have been developed to support our NWAS Leaders to undertake management responsibilities in line with NWAS HR policy, procedure and guidance documentation to ensure that all staff experience equitable and fair treatment, and are supported to perform their roles to the best of their abilities.

The Duty of Candour session aims to provide you with a greater understanding of Duty of Candour, including the legislation and our internal processes in relation to serious incident management. You will also have the opportunity to discuss the different scenarios of when the Duty of Candour is enacted.
