· If you would like your completed course details to be added to your ESR record, the colleges need permission to share your information with the NWAS L&OD Team. Please indicate yes or no to the following statement: ‘‘I am happy for information on AEB funded online learning courses I complete with Wigan & Leigh / St Helens / Leicester colleges, to be shared with NWAS L&OD Team for the sole purpose of updating my ESR record.’’

 

What happens next?

Your expression of interest will be shared with CAS Training who liaise with colleges offering these courses. Induction may commence before the closing date. You will be assigned a tutor. No attendance at a college, everything happens via post or email.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO ENROL ON A COURSE YOU MUST COMMIT TO COMPLETING THE PROGRAMME OF LEARNING WITHIN THE TIME-FRAMES AGREED WITH THE COLLEGE. IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE THE COURSE ONCE YOU HAVE ENROLLED AND BEEN SENT THE MATERIALS, A WITHDRAWAL FEE MAY BE LEVIED UPON YOU (AROUND £125 DEPENDING ON THE COLLEGE). ONLY SIGN UP FOR THE COURSE IF YOU AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PROGRESS REPORTS WILL ONLY BE SENT TO THE L&OD TEAM FROM CAS TRAINING IF YOU INDICATED YES TO THE STATEMENT ABOVE ABOUT SHARING YOUR INFORMATION. AVAILABILITY OF SOME COURSES MAY BE LIMITED DUE TO COLLEGE CAPACITY. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO CHOOSE AN ALTERNATIVE COURSE IF THIS OCCURS. ONLY SIGN UP FOR THE COURSE IF YOU AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

*DUE TO FUNDING RESTRICTIONS THE COURSES ARE ONLY OPEN TO STAFF AGED 19+ WHO ARE RESIDENT IN ENGLAND HAVING LIVED IN THE EU FOR 3 YEARS. COURSES ARE SUPPORTED THROUGH CAS TRAINING.
