NWAS deliver a significant number and variety of projects across the Trust at any one time. To allow for a practical and consistent approach to project delivery the Programme Management Office has developed a bespoke project management framework for NWAS – The Project Way. This session will provide those new to project management with the tools and techniques to successfully deliver projects within NWAS.
